Uitmarkt debate in Paradiso
05.09.2008On Sunday, 30 August the sixth edition of the Paradiso Debate took place in Paradiso in Amsterdam, organised by Kunsten ‘92, Kunst van Vooruitzien and Paradiso. With the well-known TV presenter Clairy Polak as moderator, both national and regional politicians discussed current cultural policy. Minister Plasterk (Education, Culture and Science) was also interviewed.
Following the debate, the Nederlands Kamerkoor gave a performance of Messiaen’s beautiful motet “O sacrum convivium”.

The discussion, with as its theme “Plasterk’s policy versus recalcitrant reality”, was led by Clairy Polak, who also conducted the interview with Minister Plasterk.
